Rosie Gunn is a British entrepreneur, the founder of Endless - the UAE’s leading circular fashion platform for women, offering both rental and resale. Known for her effortless personal style and mission-led mindset, Rosie is building a brand - and a community - that redefines how women shop.
Her journey began in London, where she worked as a fashion buyer at Marks & Spencer HQ, before launching Endless in the UK at just 26. Frustrated by the lack of accessible, stylish circular fashion, Rosie wasn't a 'thrify' shopper so set out to create the platform she wished existed: one that allowed women to rent or resell fashion as seamlessly as shopping new. The net-a-porter for circular fashion - to make shopping circular feel just as good (luxe and easy) as shopping new. Endless quickly gained traction as a premium, purpose-driven alternative to fast-fashion.
In 2023, after the pandemic, Rosie made the bold move to relocate to Dubai, starting from scratch with no team, no funding, and a clear belief in her vision. Within two years, she rebuilt Endless in a new market - growing it into a fast-scaling business with over 500+ brands, a loyal customer base, and a powerful community at its core.
Alongside growing Endless, the move also reignited Rosie’s early passion for acting and modelling, which she’d stepped away from in her early-teens. Since arriving in the UAE, she’s built a parallel career across campaigns, commercial work, and screen appearances - all while continuing to lead Endless as CEO.
Rosie is now also recognised as a founder, speaker, and creative collaborator, frequently invited to share her insights on circularity, female entrepreneurship, and building mission-led businesses in emerging markets.
Across everything she does - whether as a founder, storyteller or being her self - Rosie is driven by a clear purpose: to inspire, empower, and elevate women through fashion, creativity, and community.

I started Endless because I wasn’t a ‘thrifty’ shopper - I wanted to create a platform where shopping circular felt just as easy, exciting and luxurious as shopping new.
